The client initiates the process by sharing their specific product idea, design requirements, and desired quantity.
STEP 1
Communication
We discuss all necessary details, including materials, features, target price, and technical specifications, to fully understand client's vision.
STEP 2
Quotation
Based on the confirmed design specifications and estimated order quantity, we provide the initial unit price for manufacturing the items.
STEP 3
Sampling Proposal
We outline the cost, leadtime, and required materials for developing the initial physical sample for client review.
STEP 4
Sample Development
Our R&D team builds up a prototype sample according to the approved proposal and design packs.
STEP 5
Approval
Clients check the physical sample and confirm the design, quality, and functionality are acceptable before mass production.
STEP 6
Order Confirmation
Once the sample is approved, clients issue an official purchase order. We will schedule the production and confirm the delivery date.
STEP 7
Production
Raw materials are procured, and our factory begins mass manufacturing of the items based on the order.
STEP 8
Quality Inspection
QC team inspects the finished products based on AQL standard against the approval sample and specifications to ensure the highest quality products.
STEP 9
Shipment Arrangement
We coordinate the logistics and necessary documentation to deliver finished goods to the designated port.
